Privacy Policy

May Moon collects the information needed to create and deliver your digital reading. Depending on the reading you choose, this may include your name, email, birth details, selected zodiac signs, relationship type, quiz answers, focus, and an optional situation note.

How We Use Information

We use order details to process checkout, generate the reading, provide private access links, handle support, and improve the storefront experience.

AI Processing

The free personal preview and paid personalised guides are written with AI. The quiz details you submit are sent to OpenAI for the processing needed to create the preview or guide. Please do not include another person's full name, contact details, or other identifying information in optional notes.

Quiz Drafts and Free Previews

Your unfinished Connection Guide quiz draft stays in the current browser session. A generated free preview is cached privately for up to 24 hours so you can continue to checkout without submitting the same answers again. Automated cleanup deletes the cached preview and its hashed session, input, and rate-limit keys after expiry. Non-identifying model usage and cost totals may be retained for up to 90 days for budget and product operations.

Payments

Stripe processes payment details. May Moon does not store full card numbers.

Analytics

We may record lightweight storefront events, attribution details, quiz progress, and completed-order events through PostHog to understand which pages and campaigns lead to purchases. Connection quiz analytics include progress information such as the version, step number, and reading mode. They do not include names, email addresses, signs, feelings, relationship answers, optional notes, full card details, or private birth-chart notes.
