Refund Policy

May Moon products are digital goods. Completed digital orders are generally non-refundable once access to the reading or guide has been delivered.

When We Can Help

If generation fails, the wrong product is delivered, your private link does not work, or the order cannot be accessed, contact support and we will make it right.

Personalized Readings

Because personalized reports are created from submitted details, we cannot usually refund an order because the reading says something unexpected or because birth details were entered incorrectly.
